Note in 2005: Subsequent to the publication of this book in 1988, other offspring have, indeed, been born.  Besides Becky in 1984 and Michele in 1985, new grandchildren have been: Dontcher (1987), Matthew (1988), Andrew (1989), Jonathan (1990), Intcher (1990), Ryan (1995), Jeffrey (1998), and Daniel (1999), for a total of ten.
